The Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation is saddened to share the news of the passing of one of our beloved ambassadors. Megan McNeil earned her angel wings on January 29, 2011. She was 20 years old and fighting cancer for the 4th time.

A long time ambassador, Megan spoke in British Columbia, on behalf of Coast to Coast for over three years. She will be missed but not forgotten.  The joy, strength and grace with which she walked this road is her legacy. She made a choice to always be positive and used her story and talents to raise awareness, hope and funds for childhood cancer.
